Jonathan was great! He came out and fixed our problem and was able to get us back on the road quickly. I felt the cost was very reasonable for how fast he was able to help. Definitely recommend!

Their on road service response was quick. Only problem is that the tech had zero knowledge of diesel engine repairs. I was charged 512 dollars for a call out to highway 64 near Wills Point; Texas airport. I was broke down on the side of the road with a fuel issue. Truck would not start tech changed 1 fuel filter 512 dollars. Talk about being taken for a ride. I will not ever recommend this business for any kind if assistance. I had explained my situation before the service tech came. This did not seem to matter as he told me he could help. Anyway if ever I am asked about help in the Canton; Texas area I will surely not be recommend big rig rescue for any assistance. Overpriced under knowledged
